Why don't we try something new.
Instead of recognizing anyone on this day with cheesy greeting cards, flowers, and brunch, honor your mothers, your wives, and your friends by giving that money to an organization dedicated to finding a cure for breast cancer. In 2007 alone, more than 200,000 women will be diagnosed with this disease, and it doesn't have to be that way. By putting "mother's day money" not into the pockets of Hallmark, but instead into legitimate research, you can help give all women the greatest gift of all - life. |
